Surrounded by nature with sea view, Gallinara Island, Ingaune Towers and Ligurian Alps. Convenient for those arriving from the highway, 5 minutes from the historic center of Albenga, shopping centers and first aid intervention.
Large area dedicated to lawn, also suitable for children who can play quiet as fenced on each side.
Large internal parking on stone paving
On request, a terrace equipped with table and chairs for 8 people with barbecue, sink and shelf.
Suitable for those who love silence and peace.
The kitchen offers a fridge with freezer, stove with extractor hood, electric fan oven, combined microwave oven and dishwasher.
The apartment, during the winter season, is made more welcoming by a uniform warmth because it has underfloor heating with a chronothermostat in every room.
The accommodation on the first floor (independent) is accessible by an external staircase that leads to a large terrace facing south, with breathtaking views and during the summer season becomes the area x sunbathing!
On request we can have an extra room with double sofa bed and bathroom; naturally. contact with the owner.
