About this apartment rental
Great location—Near the bus station—Supermarket—Pharmacy—Health center—Banks—Near Praia dos Anjos.
Our studio apartment is located in a family-run condominium, so we are selective about who we rent to. The property is well-ventilated and bright, with an open-concept kitchen, fully furnished, and equipped with brand-new household items.
The property includes a bed, sofa bed, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, TV, 2 ceiling fans, coffee table with chairs, kitchen utensils, and a ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). We also have an utility area with a clothes dryer and a water tank.
Comfortably accommodates 4–6 people; the property is well-furnished, ensuring easy movement throughout the space.
Check it out!!! Our Kitnete is located in the center of Arraial do Cabo, a prime neighborhood in the city and close to most of the beaches. We have three units.

Local tranquilo.
