    The room and facility are clean. I think it’s a bit expensive either way a small room. The city view room doesn’t have a good insulation as you can hear the vehicle throughout the night. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in but the staff was helpful. It would be nice if there’s parking onsite.

    They are at a great location. This is a big plus. Rooms are nice but less storage area. Also room service is not 24/7. They have a fee over & above agoda fee which was not stated upfront in a clear manner

    The hotel location is great, right on Michigan avenue, but also because of that, the room was really loud from the traffic outside. Checking in early put us to that room on the 2nd floor, which is right above the lobby, maybe rooms on the higher levels would be less noisy. The road finally got quiet down after 1am. Other than that, we found that the cleaning of the room wasn’t that thorough, there were dried up contacts on the night stand from the previous customer and there was a small blood stain on the bed sheet. The room is also on the warm side even though we have put the thermostat all the way down, only that nothing happened and obviously we couldn’t open the window, the hallway was cooler than the room. Unfortunately, we will most likely pick another hotel when we visit Chicago again.
