Location was perfect. 2 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the bars and restaurant hub.

The facilities in the penthouse were a bit tired and in need of repair/replacement.

Convenient location to the main areas. 2 bathrooms, lift available. Good size.

Noisy doors, sofa was uncomfortable.

The penthouse was really comfortable and in a great location - close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It had everything we needed and there was good communication from the company. The views were great, especially from the roof terrace and it was really nice having the pool and hot tub in addition to the sandy beach (2 minutes away). Parking was free and easy on the road outside the apartment and the check-in directions were really clear.

We liked everything but dropped one star because all the kitchen equipment was quite basic quality - there was enough to cook with but it slightly let down the quality of the apartment as a whole.

The location is perfect, amazing views, nice having a lift if required. The rental company were good and responding to messages and trying to help. Great to have lots of UK channels on the TV for the kids.

Sadly, the apartment is very tired and we had quite a few issues. - When we arrived the outside areas were dirty (used tissues on the floor on the roof terrace) and clearly hadn't been cleaned. We reported this and cleaners did come out. - The floors inside had been swept, but not mopped so I ended up mopping the apartment. - The sheets on the beds didn't match the bed size, my mum also found an eye mask in her bed whilst making it. - The lock on the front door was broken, and one day we got back and couldn't get in - luckily it wasn't the evening, but we didn't have a lock on the door for 4 hours so couldn't leave the apartment. - Lack of kitchen utensils, just the basics missing such as a peeler, a small saucepan, a large frying pan. - The air con and jacuzzi bath didn't work in the main bedroom (we didn't report as mum wasn't hot and we only found out about the bath not working on the last evening) - There are only 4 beds around the pool and two were broken. - As per other comments - uncomfortable sofas, noisy doors.
