La ubicación, entorno, instalaciones
La calefacción a leña se apagó dos veces y ya después me fue imposible encenderla. No había nadie que ayudara a esa hora e hizo mucho frío. Además, llegué 1 hora antes y entiendo que el check in es a las 3, pero no había nadie más. No costaba nada entregarme la habitación un poco antes. El desayuno no fue la gran cosa para lo que pagué por el hotel.

El lugar es hermoso, las personas que atienden son maravillosas, solo quiero volver! El lugar queda muy cerca de Coyhaique, pero es entrar a un oasis de silencio y paz.
Todo me gustó, no hay nada que mejorar

Las personas que nos atendieron, son amables y cariñosas, lo que hace un ambiente calido y familiar. El desatyuno increible.
Las camas y calefacción. La segunda cama, era pequeña e incomoda, la habitacion y en general el lugar estaba frio, la cafelacci´pon de la habitacion obliga a levantarse durante la noche para mantenberle cafefaccionada, lo que interrumpe el descanso.
