Faltaría un aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Hay uno en el comedor pero el aire fresco no llega a las habitaciones.

The location was excellent - just a short stroll to the most beautiful beaches, including the world-famous La Pelosa beach. The property was located in a quiet cul de sac immersed in gardens, and with a typically Sardinian landscape. The property itself was well appointed and we had everything we needed for our short stay. The owner of the property was super helpful and his instructions and guidance were faultless.
What wasn't clear in the booking is that the apartment was located on the lower ground floor of the property. Whilst it was spacious, clean and well-appointed, it lacked natural sunlight and as a result it smelled very musty. This was really the only negative aspect, as everything else was great.

- the size of the house
- pet friendly
- password to wifi written by handwriting that was not readable (you need to contact the owner to have it retyped via whats up)
- owner speaking only Italian (we arrived late and getting the keys from the house was not easy)
- extremely weak wifi (not working properly, regular blackouts) as such TV signal not working properly too
- no kettle in the kitchen
- very dark due to basement location
- we were requested to pay the tourist tax even though it was already included in the booking price we had already paid
