Great property. The owner does require a lengthy inventory to be done which I have never seen, but overall a minor inconvenience. You also must complete meter readings for utilities which I’ve also never seen before. Overall, great place and great contact with the owner.

Appartement bien situé, proche des dunes, de la plage et du tram de la côte. Le séjour est très agréable, lumineux et la cuisine est équipée de suffisamment de vaisselle et ustensiles pour confectionner les repas. Le parking est un plus, il est très difficile de trouver de la place pour se garer même en payant ! Les contacts avec les propriétaires étaient très efficaces, ils sont très disponibles avant, pendant et après le séjour. Nous recommandons cette location.

Die Vermietung erfolgt direkt vom Eigentümer, ebenso die Übergabe. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist bisweilen etwas laut, aber noch erträglich. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Breite Strände, weitläufige Dünen und zumindest jetzt nur wenige Besucher. Geschäfte und gute Restaurants sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben hier schöne Tage verbracht, die Wohnung und den Ort können wir empfehlen.

In der Ferienswohnung gibt es einfach alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, die Zimmer sehr gemütlich & wohnlich eingerichtet, technische Aussattung ist perfekt, das Bad top modern. Ein sehr schönes Appartement für bis zu 6 Personen. Fußläufig ist der nahegelegene Strand zu erreichen (ca. 5 Minuten). Der Ort Koksijde bzw. Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum EInkaufen und für Aktivitäten (Bowling, Minigolf, Freizeitpark, Schwimmbad...). Wir haben außerdem (mit geliehenen Rädern) eine schöne Fahrradtour gemacht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief zudem freundlich und reibungslos.

das Appartement ist groß, geräumig, mit großen Fenstern, toller Ausblick auf die Stadt, alles sehr sauber; Schlüsselübergabe ist einfach und unkompliziert durch die Nachbarschaft geregelt; gute Anbindung durch die Straßenbahn vor dem Haus an alle interessanten Küstenorte; viele Geschäfte in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar; großer langer Strand nur ca. 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt; einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem netten Vermieter = alles prima, eine gute Empfehlung

In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man braucht.Wenn auch manches sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig war. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig und war in keinster Weise akzeptabel.

Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. Le soleil n'a pas fait une franche percée, mais pas de pluie et des éclaircies. Le logement est proche de Bruges par l'autoroute. Lieu très touristique. Idéal pour prendre l'air marin et se promener le long des longues plages de sable. A cette époque de l'année, calme assuré. Mais les grandes grandes villes ne sont pas loin par les autoroutes, gratuites en Belgique.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille dans cet appartement (2 adultes, un bébé). L'appartement est très lumineux,spacieux,calme et bien situé. Il est également propre et très bien équipé. Nous nous y sommes vite très bien sentis. Les échanges avec les propriétaires sont de bonne qualité et nous avons reçu de leur part de bons conseils. Bref, nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Strand, nur etwa 3 Minuten entfernt. Vor dem Haus ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, so dass man einen Spaziergang am Strand machen kann und dann mit der Straßenbahn zurückfahren kann. Die Wohnung im dritten Stock hat ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer und drei Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, so dass man alles notwendige zum Kochen vorhanden ist. Dazu gehört ein eigener Parkplatz. Ein Einkaufsmarkt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten fünf schöne Urlaubstage an der belgischen Küste.
