Miejsce na osiedlowym parkingu przed budynkiem zawsze było dostępne. Przestrzenne mieszkanie. Wygodne duże łóżka. Blisko przystanek autobusowy na Stare Miasto. A na plażę nad Jeziorem Kortnowskim jest blisko. Miła spacer na Stare Miasto wzdłuż rzeki Łyny.
Czasami sieć Wifi 5GHz wyłączała się a w to miejsce aktywowała się sieć 2,4GHz. Warto skonfigurować obie na automatyczne połączenie (które działało bezbłędnie)
