A área externa do lugar nas fotos são bonitas, mas cheguei lá até a sala de jogos é trancada, um cheiro ruim de mofo por ficar fechada, muitos ambientes só moradores podem usar, a área de churrasco custa 250,00 e quando aluguei não tinha nada explicando, resumindo não voltarei lá nunca mais
Falta ar condicionado na sala, quem dorme no sofá cama passa muito calor, a cozinha estava suja inclusive a air frear
