1. Cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. My wife can get stressed in an untidy environment. This vacation was the most relaxed she has ever been. We will be specifically looking for condos managed by Village Realty for future visits.
2. Parking at this condo is plentiful and easy to get in and out off.
3. Access to the beach is easy (although the pass code to get in and out can be hard to remember)
4. Only negative is that the balcony’s view of the ocean is blocked by the dune. Even with this, and the fact it is over looking the neighbor’s pool it’s surprisingly comfortable to enjoy an evening just talking.
We loved our time here.

The only issue we had was we stayed the weekend after the time change and we were on track to check.out early, but the property did not update the time on the locks and we got locked out and hour early as we were loading our car. They resolved the problem.withing 20 minutes or so, but it did hold us up a bit.
Other than that one issue though it is a great property in a great location. Can't beat it.
