Great holiday house very close to the sea (less than 100m), pebble beaches in next few minutes of walk. Private garden with lot of shade under big trees, grill, solar shower, outdoor wash-basin, so all comfort was there and we spent lot of time on the garden. Main outdoor dining table is on the terrace, downastairs is a small coffee table. Secure parking inside garden with electric powered gate. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, enough dishes and some extra eqipment (mixer, toaster etc.). We can recommend trips to Trogir or Primosten. Perfect communication with the owners, thank you!
Nothing major, we really enjoyed the stay. Just two possible areas for improvement: Internet was slow (wireless 4G/5G) but still usable for standard web browsing / emails. Also the fridge was not giving best cooling power (not the 4°C for more days fresh meat/fish storing) but also acceptable.

fantastic location, really well equipped throughout. lovely garden space with outside shower and outside dining area.
the temperature of the 2 upstairs bedrooms, if a small air conditioning unit could be fitted I’d rate this property 10 out of 10, the hot bedrooms were the only negative thing.

The house is very nice, comfortable, clean and very well equipped.
It has a beautiful garden with a nice terrasse, also on the top floor.
Perfect for families as it is very close to a nice pebbeled beach. 15 min walk to the centre.
The host was super friendly and always responded quickly to messages.
I recommend it 100 % and would always love to come back !

The house is well located, very clean, and our host has left some nice presents for us
The 2 rooms on 1st floor are only accessible from outside stairs.
