Perfect beach location with roof terrace

The location was superb literally one minute walk to beach,shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is located on a beautiful quiet street. The place is modern,spacious and super clean. The host Graeme has literally thought of everything you could possibly ever need,including essentials like salt, bin liners,cleaning materials, beach towels as well as bath towels etc The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. The bathroom and small toilet are immaculate llke the rest of the apartment. The balcony is accessible from lounge area and has a dinning table,chairs, sun lounger and chairs was lovely of a morning or late evening. Finally the icing on the cake for me was the amazing rooftop terrace, private area with stunning views of the sea and mountains.Lots of space with sun loungers and a hammock to enjoy the sunshine.The pergola area has a comfortable seating area along with lovely colourful lights,it was lovely sitting there at night taking in the the amazing sea views. Yes the spiral staircase is a bit daunting at first but once you’ve been up once you do it over and over again no problem (just be super careful after a few wines !! ) Absolute gem in Los Boliches can’t wait to come back !!

Perfect location, very near from the sea. Fantastic views for the sea and the beach. The roof terrace is great but as the renter mentions, there are very narrow and steep stairs to get there. The apartment is completely free from the noise of the coastal road. Perfect and nice sized apartment, especially for two people. Everything like breakfast places, shops, restaurants... everything is close by. The apartment is on the third floor and the building has an elevator, which is really slow but, exercising on the stairs is good. All comminucations was very fast with the owner and he gave us nice tips where to go and what to see. We really liked the apartment and will definitely come again.

If you are a light sleeper, remember to bring earplugs. If your neighbors are noisy, you will hear their voices in the apartment.
