Personal in allen Bereichen freundlich und hilfsbereit
Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad perfekt
Mein Zimmer ( 201 ) hatte ein angemessen großen Balkon wo man auch rauchen und ein großartiges Blick direkt zum schwarzen Meer hat
Keine Utensilien im Badezimmer!!!
Meine Schlüssel Karte funktionierte nicht!!! deswegen musste ich dreimal die Treppe runter ( Hotel hat kein Fahrstuhl ) zum Receptionistin wo ich erst beim dritten Versuch eine richtige Schlüssel zum Zimmer bekommen habe.
Zimmer Isolierung nicht gut!!!
Frühstück konnte ich aus Zeitgründen nicht wahrnehmen!!!

The room is very clean, quiet, and comfortable with a fridge, electric pot and good beds. The shower is decent. The view, balcony and service is amazing. They were very accommodating about changing our dates. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Only the restaurant is good.
The accommodation is completely overpriced.
We booked with breakfast included. In the morning there was nobody.
I called the number of the property and the only thing I‘ve heard was „extra“
The shower had no warm water, So we left without shower and without breakfast.
Gardenya is a rundown place. We would not recommand it to anybody.
The only thing that was good was the nearby restaurant.
