This large and very comfortable apartment is completely at your disposal, close to all the markets and shops of Weligama. Fully equipped large kitchen and separate bedroom. A very friendly owner, who has a photo studio on the ground floor, is ready to help in all matters. took photos for us as a gift. Very good experience, enjoyed it.

The flat is well located, less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and close to shops and the railway station. It's nice to be in a proper town, rather than a resort. It is spacious and has a balcony with a great view. Surendra is a friendly and welcoming host, and always keen to help in any way he can, and can usually be found in his photography business on the ground floor during working hours.
The road outside is usually noisy between about 8am and 9pm, so it's worth getting up early enough to enjoy the early morning ambience. Despite being on the second floor, there are a lot of mosquitos -- as I react badly to the bites I was burning two coils every evening. Don't leave a window wide open unattended, in case a monkey drops in and causes havoc! :)

Centrally located, good A/C, clean bed
Noisy as the building is at one of the busy roads in town. Last minute booking for 1 night and at arrival the room wasn’t cleaned yet (due to national holiday). Owner changed bedding and towel.
