Villa Menekşe,
The new and luxurious villa Menekşe, built in 2020, is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa in the Metinler district of Dalyan, just a 15-minute walk from the center, the Dalyan River and Bar Street. As you walk towards the center, you will find many markets and restaurants along the way. The Saturday market is about 2 minutes away from the villa.
Villa Menekşe is an ideal option for families or groups of friends: large and spacious rooms - all rooms have air conditioning and there is WI-FI internet on both floors of our duplex Villa. Our villa, which has a carefully selected stylish seating area and a refreshing pool, has everything you need. An unforgettable holiday awaits you.
Ground floor,
A spacious modern kitchen with an open-plan kitchen and a dining table for 6 people, A spacious living room, air conditioning, TV.
Bedroom 1 - Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bed, quality wardrobes, dresser and drawers,
There is 1 bathroom, toilet and sink on this floor for the use of the 1st bedroom.
Kitchen,
It is fully equipped to meet all your needs while on holiday. All the necessary kitchen utensils are modern and of high quality, some of the kitchen equipment consists of: Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, plates and glasses of different types and sizes, cutlery and many more items that you will need, a carefully prepared stylish kitchen will be waiting for you.
Living room,
A comfortable seating set with air conditioning and a TV in a well-lit environment.
Ground floor bedroom: double bed, en-suite bathroom, a large wardrobe and a useful console. The bedroom has access to the terrace overlooking the pool.
There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which has an en-suite bathroom.
Upper floor,

Garden,
In the stylish and well-maintained garden of 570 m2, there is a 45 m2 swimming pool, a sufficient number of sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area that will make your evening meals enjoyable. One of the most special areas of the villa is its large, completely sun-protected veranda. Here, there are comfortable and modern seating groups with armchairs and a dining table for 6 people. The garden area is safe and private.
The swimming pool is 45 square meters and has a depth of 1.60 m. There are cushioned sun loungers, beach towels and umbrellas for guests to use.
All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry after the current guest leaves, and are packaged and ready for use again before the new guest.
With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the guest check-in/check-out period on the same day.

Stunning villa, and large beautiful pool. Plenty of Garden furniture (although some sun beds need replacing) plenty of cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. Absolutely stunning! There was still some building work going on in the next villa, but the noise wasn't too bad. We did have a peeping tom (one of the builders) looking through the fence a few times at my daughter on the lilo that I witnessed!
The grounds outside of the villa and garden is quite messy, mainly due to the building work, but once you close your gate the view is stunning. Beautiful mountains in the back drop and the villa grounds full of beautiful flowers/shrubs.
The local shop is 3 to 4 mins walk and they stock plenty. Dalyan itself is around 15 to 20 mins walk, best to go out early or late to avoid the midday sun. Lovely restaurants (Ali's) for breakfast and a great bar called the ivy, we went almost every evening and the guys that own it are so friendly. All in all a brilliant holiday and the Villa is so stunning. We would definitely recommend.

The villa was very lovely, especially the pool, which we had heated. The children loved it. The villa managers were always helpful and sorted small problems quickly.
Unfortunately, they are building two new villas next door. The environment around looked dreadful and it was often very noisy, with concrete being poured and metal cut. This work will finish.
When the work is done this villa will go back to being perfect. I’m spite of it all we did have a very good holiday in Dalyan, a town I would recommend to anyone.

A real gem of a villa in a peaceful setting but only 10-15 min walk to the town. One of the best equipped villas we have stayed in - so much crockery, glasses, cutlery and other equipment we were never hunting for the last mug or wine glass. Lovely pool and outside space with many different areas to sit either in sun or shade.
