About this cottage rental
A great place just one hour from Sao Paulo, with access by Raposo Tavares Highway and Bunjiro Nakao Highway (km59) at the best of Ibiúna, with fresh mountain air, woods, lake, playground, sports court, ballroom, lounge of games, two pool, barbecue grills, and plenty of green area. Sleeps up to 50 people in beds.
Ideal for families, large or small groups, retreats, courses, parties, weddings and get together events. For parties there is no limit of people, as we have a ballroom for 200 people. They are two independent areas that can be rented together or separately, and the largest (orchard) that accommodates 30 people, has more rooms (8), the pool is larger, has games room, fireplace, barbecue, playground, etc.
The smaller area has 4 bedrooms, TV room, kitchen, barbecue, bathrooms, a room with Snokker table, smaller pool and is facing the lake.
As common area to both areas, We have a large ballroom with toilets and barbecue, multisport court, orchard, woods, etc.

Sem sombra de duvida, uma das minhas melhores experiencias com imóvel alugado para fds ou temporada.
O acesso é extremamente fácil, o responsável pelo imóvel foi sempre muito solicito, o caseiro estava sempre a disposição para o que precisamos mas sem interferir na nossa privacidade.
O lugar é lindo e todos ficaram muito confortáveis.
Único ponto contra, diz respeito a sinal de celular, mas isso não é de responsabilidade do proprietário. É da região. E ele pode solucionar isso facilmente contratando Internet banda larga.
