Loved the peacefulness of the area. It was very pleasant and quiet. The room smelled like cigarettes, but I don’t know how much control the owners have over if people are going to break the rules and smoke in the room.We were super grateful that the air-conditioning worked well as it was a very hot day and evening. We enjoyed the animals, and we enjoyed the proximity to Hutchinson. We struggled a little bit with getting the DIRECTV to work. It would’ve been nice to have some clear cut instructions, but we eventually figured it out. Also would’ve been nice to have shampoo and conditioner, and maybe a higher quality of soap. But all in all, it was what we expected for the money with the bonus of the water and the animals
