About this house rental
Beautiful classic 4 bedroom home located in a newly developed subdivision minutes away from Virginia Tech. The gorgeous Huckleberry trail runs right behind our neighborhood and the famous Farmhouse restaurant is with in walking distance from our home. Not only are you minutes away from Virginia Tech but, Radford University and all the big shopping centers and restaurants are all located within minutes from the neighborhood. You will enjoy the new custom large kitchen which is super spacious for families and friends.
Our beautiful Master bedroom has a King size bed , and master bath has both a shower and large tub. The second large bedroom features a with cal. King bed, and plenty of room for a air bed if needed! 3rd bedroom has a gorgeous Full size bed. 4th bedroom has Queen size bed. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as flat screen TVs.
Our Beautiful backyard with custom play area and fire pit for those chilly nights. You might enjoy playing a few games of pool together in the large custom built family room.
There is an additional pull out sofa bed in the living room.
****Please note that any travelers considering our home be respectful of our neighbors and neighborhood. No house parties are tolerated! ONLY 3 cars are allowed in the driveway. Additional vehicles can be parked overnight at the Christiansburg Recreation Center which is .05 miles at the beginning of the neighborhood.

This is our second time staying at this property. We love it! Heather is an amazing host. The home is very clean, it’s as described, it’s easy to find and check in to. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a group of people. There is enough room for everyone and great common places to gather and watch tv. Beautiful backyard and a two car driveway for parking. Great neighborhood that we felt safe and comfortable walking in at night. We are planning on staying there again.
