My wife and I drive truck and we got snowed in so got on Booking. com and found this place. Definitely worth the money.

Around a lot of restaurants. The room was HUGH. Breakfast was really good. Sausage, gravy, biscuits, waffles, cereal, fruit, you get the point.

Over priced and disappointed

The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast service on our last day was terrible. No one was taking care of breakfast. They ran out of food at least an hour before service was to be finished. We had to go out to eat.

Ok..attention to details can make it break it

Upon leaving , we stopped at the front desk to return our keys and there was just a note that said to leave the room key ..No human to be found, also no receipt... We had also been there for a few days and had asked for clean towels and for our bed to be tidied up .. the manager had said they would get it done only to have us return that evening to nothing cleaned or straightened in our room ... We are handicapped, hints why we had a handicapped room .. our son went to ask for new towels and our DIL made our bed. We had our son ask for a wakeup call the next morning for 8 am and that was never given... any of the 5 days we were there. The first night checking in (my DIL had made the reservation) and the young man behind the desk argued that he couldn't find anything under the name ... Somehow he found it after telling me he had nothing with our names ...All in all it was a good hotel... It just seemed the only time we seen any one was when they were there to take our card...

great location for our stay! the hotel is very modern and the rooms are relatively comfortable.

our biggest concern about this stay was the staff at check-in. the employee who checked us in was not very welcoming at all. he was short in his responses, passive-aggressive, and acted like we were being unreasonable when asked to repeat the rooms back to me after he had initially said we had only booked “one bed” when we had booked two rooms for five people. the HVAC systems in the rooms seem to be a little finicky. adjusting the temp in room just one or two degrees in either direction can make the room go from humid and sweaty to pretty chilly. workable once you realize this is the case.

I liked how it is close to many restaurants and right by the freeway

With it being so close to the highway you can hear a lot of traffic noise. The doors are heavy and are very loud, and they only have one working elevator which is very slow. I also had to wait almost 15 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk.

Uncomfortable from start to finish

I got to the hotel to check in my two rooms and was informed that booking.com only paid for one. I had to pay for the second room out of pocket after I had already spent the money on it. I live paycheck to paycheck. This was something that really affected our trip. We were there for a funeral. Then we couldn’t turn the air conditioning up or down, it was very hot in the room over night. The bed was uncomfortable. So between the heat and bed, we did not sleep at all. I was told I would receive part of my payment back from booking.com but have not received an email from anyone yet. I do believe booking.com owes me for my inconvenience. This was not a leisure trip and all this just added to my stress of the funeral.

Off to a bad start.

Front desk was terrible. When we questioned our reservation, the response was, Booking.com lies. They always lie and then we are the ones who deal with it. Makes me apprehensive about booking through Booking.com.
