    Truck was in the shop. Had to get room Monday through Wednesday. Not to many people around .room rate was good and staff was helpful

    The room is very small . The electricity went out for hours and no one contacted us or any compensation. The water was ice cold the first day. No hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels. The tv would not work for awhile then turn on then off again.

    I specifically asked about being pet friendly as advertised on their website and was told yes they were pet friendly so I made my reservation. After I left the hotel I got charged $178 in addition to what I paid for the reservation. When I spoke to the Assistant Manager he told me I was charged this for a cleaning fee for a pet when they clearly do not allow pets in their location. He refused to believe me that I inquired about their pet policy before making the reservation and refused to return the funds to me stating he was in the right and I was lying. Even though it clearly states they are pet friendly on their website.

    Shower pressure terrible, no hot water; however, barely warm enough for a comfortable shower. The two other times I stayed there the same thing . The for sink the cold water faucet didn't work. Poor lighting in the room. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
