About this apartment rental
New and independent studio of 32m² approximately in property with shower, wc, kitchenette and private garden not overlooked ideal for tourism and business travel 1 min from the A1 motorway exit.
Less than 15 minutes from CDG airport terminals, 5 minutes from Asterix park, 15 minutes from the Sand Sea, 10 minutes from the Aeroville shopping center, 20 minutes from Le Bourget, the Chantilly castle and the racecourse.
Day and night reception (6 p.m. to 10 p.m. preferably: no worries outside this time range, prevent late arrival or drop off your luggage instead)
Broadband WiFi.
TV with Amazon TV, internet TV, Amazon music and NetFlix.
Towels, pillowcases, duvet covers and clean sheets provided change before each booking as well as shower gel.
For the comfort of your sleep, a King Size bed 180 x 200 and a bz with a new 12 cm mattress. a cot with mattress can be provided free of charge on request and subject to availability.
You will have access to your accommodation and its private garden as you see fit.

The house is accessible and monitored 24 hours a day in the common areas. You can move around freely with your own set of keys.

Hôte très agréable et logement au top.A deux pas du parc Asterix le logement est parfaitement situé. Literie confortable même sur le futon.Petite cuisine équipée, tout ce qui faut pour passer un bon séjour. En prime une petite terrasse privée.
Nous avons passé un agréable week end..

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'accueil que nous ont réservé Muriel, Adams et leur famille, le contact est tout de suite bien passé. Ils ont été très arrangeants sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ et nous ont même facilité grandement nos déplacements depuis et vers la gare RER, ainsi qu'au parc Astérix moyennant une somme très raisonnable. L'appartement est bien situé (5 minutes à pied de nombreux restaurants, boulangerie, supérette), et bien équipé pour un week-end en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement si vous visitez la région ou le parc Astérix. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Property was small but spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Adam was very friendly and went over and above.
My only slight issue with the accommodation is that the advert stayed it has air con and it doesn’t. The area was lovely and quiet; However most of the shops and one local supermarket was shut (be careful when you book as everything shuts for a few weeks in August) so we had to take the bus that ran hourly, and not at all on Saturday and Sunday, to the supermarket and train station. Once there though travelling around Paris was easy.
I would highly recommend this accommodation but car is, in my opinion, is essential.
