About this apartment rental
The apartment is located at the beginning of the village of Auronzo, a holiday resort of the Eastern Dolomites (Unesco Heritage) surrounded by famous Dolomite groups, such as the Cristallo, the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, the Cadini di Misurina, the Sorapiss and the Marmarole.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and has a kitchen / living room, two bathrooms and three bedrooms, for a total of 6 beds.
Opposite the building there is the cycle path which leads to the shores of Lake St. Caterina in a few meters and allows pleasant walks along its banks or can be traveled by bike for many kilometers towards San Marco and Misurina.
The Dolomites that surround Auronzo offer countless paths and trails, from the simplest for families, to the most demanding for expert hikers, or for those wishing to retrace war theaters you can visit the trenches of the First World War of Monte Piana.
During the season there are many scheduled events, such as the 3-Epic cycling race, international canoeing and dragon boat competitions, mountain running competitions including the Camignada, the summer retreat of S. S.azio and Spal.
From Auronzo you can easily reach places such as Pieve di Cadore (20 km), Sappada (20 km), Cortina (35 km), Dobbiaco (45 km), Diga del Vajont (45 km); always by car you can reach the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, the most famous mountains of Auronzo, and its most picturesque village, Misurina, with its characteristic natural lake.
However, destinations are accessible by public transport, starting from the bus stop located a few meters from the building.
