This three-story Fullhouse® vacation home is located just 6 miles away from Walt Disney World® Resort and overlooks a conservation area with a picturesque natural lake. Go for a swim in the private infinity-edge pool with a spillover spa, waterfall & grotto, water slide, sun shelf and swim-up bar with in-pool seating. Spend a relaxing evening around the fire pit or grill dinner on the covered lanai with a summer kitchen.
Inside the home, go for the high score in the game & arcade room with Skee-Ball®, air hockey and a Batman racing arcade game. Find even more fun in the cinema-style home theater, the garage basketball half court or the third-floor entertainment & gaming area. The Harry Potter™ and princess-themed bunk bedrooms each lead to the secret kids’ zone with a Big Buck® HD hunting arcade machine, Pac-Man’s Arcade Party arcade machine, Nintendo Wii U™, PlayStation®4 and Xbox One. We stayed here for 9 nights. We definitely ran into quite a few issues, so I cannot give them a full 5 star rating. We had issues with the pool heater, the water feature and night lights not working at the pool, the ac was broken on the middle level, and we had a few issues with some of the games working. It also took a while to get a response for the issues we reported. However, it was still a nice place to gather as family, and since we spent every other day at the Disney parks, it did the job!

While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few issues. Only I roll of toilet paper was in each bathroom. No spare toilet paper or paper towels were in the residence. Considering we had a 10 day rental and for the price, there should have been a supply. There also was no tissues in the house. The elevator was out of service and that was one of the reasons we chose the house for an elderly relative. The basketball/garage could use a paint job. We had to call after the second day because there is no hot water through the house. The on demand system does not work for a house that size. Lastly, the pool was filthy. A service came twice but only to dump chemicals, they never vacuumed it. There is algae in numerous areas of the pool.

We,ve stayed at this home 4 times already. We definitely had fun again but we were disappointed as the spa jets did not work at all the whole 2 weeks we were there even though we let the property manager know the 1st day. Also the pool didn’t circulate the whole 2nd week even though we let them know as soon as it stopped. The home needs some minor updates otherwise too. An it would be great again!
