nice clean homestay with a super friendly and helpful host

A great breakfast was provided with a good spread of French pastries. Armand also provided a selection of breads, cold meats, snacks, and drinks to get us started. He also provided good advice on best transport options into Paris city, just note that if you leave it too late his recommended free parking at a local train station can fill up; check for other options. All was clean and well suited for a family, even a minor touch of different coloured towels so everyone knew which one was theirs.

The access was through Armand's front door, with connection to the house; in this it is a more traditional "AirBNB" style... not an issue, just to be aware.

First time Paris

We are away from the big city in Paris but was a quick travel to get there as buses and trains where available. We had our own entrance so we could come and go when we needed to. Easy to get to both Paris and disney. We had everything we needed and more. We had great communication with the owner, for not only what we could do but if we needed help as well, with anything. He provided everything we could need and more.

"It was a bit of a mixed bag"

Owner is very accommodating, helpful, supportive and very friendly. Excellent customer service. Variety of breakfast provided. Safe environment.

A bit of commuting which obviously the transport fees should be considered in booking for a place to stay - have to take the bus then the train to Disneyland and go around the city of Paris. On weekends, bus is only up to 2000 which you have to be prepared to book a cab on the way back to the place you're staying.

Clean and charming rooms near to Disney-family friendly and great service

Armand was very hospitable; he messaged ahead with information and asking our preferences. He provided fresh baguettes, croissants, brioche, juice, espresso, etc. for breakfast and even nutella for the kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable with charming beams on the ceiling and Disney coloring sheets for the kids. The area was quiet and very close to the parks. We had a lovely breeeze in the rooms and fans in each due to the recent heat wave. It was a great place for visiting Disney and allowed us to sleep well and enjoy a good shower after long days. We would definitely stay again!

Poor service. Booked with breakfast foor 3 days, just got some at the start - after that no one seen, no fresh bread, no facility to clean dishes or whatsoever. Really really poor. Toilet not for tall people, it’s made for hobbits.

Great staying

The property is only 10-15 minutes in a uber from Disney. There are many great supermarkets around where you can find everything. The shower is very good and the room is well equipped. Additionally, the self check-in process is easy and Armando’s assistant stands out. He’s always very polite and available to help and even left some breakfast food, water and juice for us in the room.

Just the toilet in the first room is quite small. If you are a tall/big person, you may wanna stay in the bedrooms 2 or 3 where the shared toilet is bigger.

Superb

It was very ok in a nice quiet area. Although we arrived late in the evening, accessing the building was easy. Armand left us varieties of food, including water and milk. Also, there were activities for the kids ( colouring) It is a very good walking distance to the bus stop that would take you to different train stations. It wasn't a hustle to get to different attractions' sites, ( we bought the tourist bus pass, about €35 for each person, including children) Also, supermarkets were walking distance too.you can take a bus "about 3 stops" Overall excellent 👌 👏

Little Warning! The weekend transportion is very limited, so make sure to check this in time. It would have been nice if we had this infor or met the host at least once during our 6 night stay. Anyways, we figured out local things using Google, so it's all good.

Overall we really enjoyed staying there and the host Armand was really awesome!

My husband and I traveled with our daughter and she felt very comfortable staying there with us. Everything was great. Armand was very helpful and very informative. He provided us with everything we needed. He gave us directions for which train and bus to take. So, if you don’t want to pay for a taxi or bolt/Uber then a train and bus is the way to go. The beds were comfy as well.

You may have to take turns using the washroom with other guests. We got a private restroom but the washroom was shared. It wasn’t an issue for us. The other guests were very kind and respectful. I think there might be a way around that but you would have to speak with the host about it if this is something you aren’t comfortable with.

Armand the owner of this place is very friendly and helpful. He told us where is better to go to eat and about local food places offers, train station and free parking etc. He showed us the room, bath, toilet. Explained everything what and where we can find. Very friendly man. The room we stayed in maybe it's a bit too small for 3 of us because two of us a bit bigger than average person and toilet in a room is a bit too small for taller person. In general everything was very good and would definitely recommend to my friends and family to stay there. If I'll go to visit Disneyland or Paris again I will definitely stay in this place again.

You get [much more than] what you pay for.

The property was absolutely spotlessly clean, and also comfortable. We got extremely good value for money. it was exactly what we needed, and more. The best thing, however, was the owner of the property. He was so very helpful with the planning of our trip, and when we had issues with our transport to France due to problems at the channel crossing, he even helped us find affordable flights. This was the best communication I have ever had with an owner.

The en-suite was tiny. But seriously, for this price I could live with it and would stay again.

I've booked with a good faith thanks to the reviews (thank you guys!), but let me tell you this: you'll get much more than what you pay for! I usually expect to get exactly what I pay for - nothing less, nothing more. In this case, we've got not just a place to live for few days, but also a good friend! Armand is going to make sure that you have a good stay - he did this for us and I know for sure that he do this will all his guests. We can't thank him enough!

There is nothing to say here! Really! You'll get a clean quiet fully functional house and you can reach Disneyland easily by bus. The host is going to make sure that you have all the right infos.

Excellent Can’t wait to return

Armand is a very lovely host, who we can highly recommend. We wish we could give him a higher score than 10. He made contact with us straight after booking with him and provided direct contact details and said he would be in touch with more details near the time. As he promised he got in touch a day before we arrived and provided all relevant information to make our check in easy and hassle free. Upon arrival we found Armand had left a case of large bottled water along with milk, various bread items, Two jars of Nutella and a lot of sweets that made the children very happy. During our stay Armand gave us coupons for a local restaurant so we could get a discount along with another recommendation where we would get another lot of discount if mentioning that we were his guests. He gave us tips on parking and travelling into central Paris that were very helpful. The children loved playing, colouring in the pre printed pictures he provided along with a variety of reading books and magazines for all ages. The apartment rooms were well laid out and comfortable, and Armand even had the forethought to provide extension cables and foreign adapters. The main bathroom with the double sink unit was extremely helpful with the children brushing their teeth two at a time. The rooms have plenty of space for storage and also having the kettles, cups, glasses, teabags and tables & chairs to sit at for meals made everything easier. Local to the apartment there is a petrol station, supermarket, patisserie, Aldi & Lidl, McDonald’s & Burger King. Parking was easy out side the property, and being a cut de sac it was quiet and peaceful. The local motorway links are easy to access and a drive to Disneyland or Val d Europe shopping mall only took 15 minutes. Nothing was too much for Armand, we had to leave before 6am on the last day and we mentioned about getting everything tidied up and washing up the cutlery and Armand told us it was no trouble and to have safe journey.

The breakfast was nice, kids enjoyed the croassants and milk, was realy handy. Kids liked the lego and coloring that was available for them in the room. Excellent host and place !

Great location and quiet neighbourhood. Good facilities and the owner went above and beyond in preparing breads, chocolate spread and sweets that the kids enjoyed. Love the peace of mind of knowing there is a parking space when you came back at night. Also it’s a plus that the owner can reply in English so I don’t need to use google translation. Highly recommended to family and friends .

Very good exceptional host always ready to help out regardless of the problem. we were a family of 6 2 adults 4 children. We felt immediately at home clean rooms with lots of kitchen utensils. Bus stations not far from house lidl aldi aktion etc walking distance. Lots of restaurants pizza, Asian, fast food in walking distance. A garden with swings etc for the Kinder to play with. Quite neighborhoods to have a good night sleep after a stressful day in Paris. Alles hat wirklich gut gepasst sehr gerne wieder.

Very good value for money, good location for Paris and Disneyland

Very nice and peacefull location in an private house with a very nice and friendly host. Room no. 1 (all rooms are on a 1st floor) is big with the balcony and has some additional space to prepare a breakfast. With a microwave but with no running water. Beds are big and comfortable with enough pillows and blankets. Fresh bedding. Bathroom and toilet are seperated and they are shared between three rental rooms. Bathroom is spacious, clean and offers washing machine, two sinks, large mirror and a bath with a shower. It is possible to park outside, although it is tigth. Disneyland and Paris can be accessed by driving to the Torcy train station (7min driving) and using RER-A train (one dirrection Disneyland another Paris) you can reach destrination in 5min (Disneyland) and 20min (Paris). Ticket for 1 person is 15EUR in one dirrection. Parking at Torcy is best on a parking in front of a shopping center next to train station. It is free.

Great host, comfy like stay at your own home.

Armand is a great host. Very helpful and attentive to all our needs. Very kind and prepare things to entertain my kids. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Armand prepare some snacks, coffee, tea. Also equiped with water boiler and microwave.

The bathroom is shared. 2nd night was fine, because only our family. But first night, we have one other family and we have to take turns. But still its all okay :)

Great stay with a very friendly host!

Great host who was very friendly and willing to help. He left us bread with nutella and milk for breakfast, which was a nice surprise. It's really close to Disneyland and there are enough shops and restaurants nearby.

There is no sink with the room (or toilet). The bathroom was the only place to wash your hands or to get water, which is a bit difficult when it's occupied by guests of another room.

Absolutely fabulous stay! 10/10 on every level!

I loved so much about my stay here! The owner was absolutely amazing, so full of information and so generous. The room was beautifully clean and the beds were so comfy. The bedding was luxury and the location was perfect.

It was a shame that we had to share a bathroom with the other room available. We had our own toilet but it wasnt attached to our room which made it awkward as we didnt want to wake anyone. But this was disclosed during booking so wouldnt call it a negative at all.

Die Betten waren sehr hart. Wir hatten die Appartements 1 und 2, das Bad und die Toilette waren auf dem Flur. Wäre Appartement 3 vermietet gewesen, wäre es nicht so angenehm gewesen, Fremde ggf. im Schlafanzug zu treffen.

Es un sitio encantador para descansar y pasar unos días en París, es acogedor tiene de todo y su propietario Armand es una persona muy amable, siempre atento a que el viajero se sienta como en casa. Nosotros, tuvimos la posibilidad de tener hasta la lavadora para lavar nuestra ropa, aparcamos fuera pero el barrio es súper tranquilo y tienes un KFC y un McDonald's cerca también una gasolinera y más cosas Para nosotros fue una experiencia inolvidable
