Hist was really helpful, with great communication & the beds were so comfortable!
Only one toilet for the 3 rooms, but that's just being picky!

A great breakfast was provided with a good spread of French pastries. Armand also provided a selection of breads, cold meats, snacks, and drinks to get us started. He also provided good advice on best transport options into Paris city, just note that if you leave it too late his recommended free parking at a local train station can fill up; check for other options. All was clean and well suited for a family, even a minor touch of different coloured towels so everyone knew which one was theirs.
The access was through Armand's front door, with connection to the house; in this it is a more traditional "AirBNB" style... not an issue, just to be aware.

Very comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom and in a good location with trains to Paris. Host was extremely kind and went out of his way to help us out with any questions we had. Even provided us with snacks which was a very nice gesture.
