Große Wohnung, viel Platz. Grandioser Ausblick. Alles vorhanden was man im Alltag braucht. Alle Zimmer mit neuen Klimaanlagen ausgerüstet. Strand und Schnorchelspots fußläufig zu erreichen.
Etwas ältere Einrichtung. Ein Doppelbett ist in Kindergröße. Mehr Töpfe wären gut, bzw. keine kaputten. Grundausstatung fehlte etwas, Gewürze, Müllbeutel. Florfliegen in der Dusche die aber nach ein paar mal duschen verschwunden sind. Muffige Schränke in der gesamten Wohnung. Wenn der Mieter unten drunter ist, ist es etwas hellhöhrig. Es gibt eine verschlossene Tür die zum Treppenhaus führt. Der Mieter unten scheint aber nicht dauerhaft anwesend zu sein. Ab und zu Camper vorm Haus.
