The location was central. The host was hospitable and friendly. The rooms were nice, clean and cosy.
The internet was not working and this was a real issue for my group. The host tried to call for some technicians to solve the problem. I hope they will finish repairing in the near future.

We travelled with my daughter (20 months). The lady offered us a cot or a sofa bed, we chose the bed and she made it very quickly for us. She was super nice, her English is not very good though, but my husband speaks a bit of Italian, so we could communicate. But I can get if you don't speak any Italian that could be difficult, but she is so lovely and very nice person. She also gave us tickets for breakfast (offered as included) to a restaurant close to the room. The place was closed when we went and we had to go to other bar and pay for it, but we understood it wasn't her fault. Everyone we asked said usually it's opened.
Maybe just to keep an eye with the bar which provides the breakfast, because if it's said included in the price you don't expect to pay for it.
