L’emplacement, la décoration, le confort, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel,la vue … Se lever et traverser la rue pour boire son café sur la plage au lever du jour

Appartement peut être agréable l'été mais très moyen en hiver... Quelques radiateurs d'appoint pour essayer de chauffer, ni chauffage ni VMC dans la salle de bain... Un filet d'eau pour la douche... Le nez dans la machine à laver, pas de poignée pour refermer les portes de douche, et propreté moyenne les portes et interrupteurs marrons... Il doit y avoir mieux à ce prix dans le secteur. Par contre emplacement génial et vue paradisiaque.
