PARADISE - the residences name represents your vacation level. This Eastern exposure Naples Villa welcomes you to luxurious living on 2 levels featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The transitional home with contemporary interior design offers travertine floors in and outside, granite countertops on all surfaces, great ceilings and high-end finishes throughout, a resort style pool area and gulf access canal waterfront within the exclusive Royal Harbor neighborhood. This spacious vacation home boosts 3382 sq ft of air-conditioned living space. The house sleeps up to 10 people.
The first floor presents a great room floor plan with water views from almost every room. Including an open kitchen with GE Profile stainless steel appliances and a wide island with breakfast bar that seats 4. Watch the ships ride by your backyard while preparing your meal.
The Miami Design District furniture is displayed beautifully along with amazing artwork all through the house. Dining tables in and outside each seat 8 comfortably. The leather sectional invites you to lounge in the living room and enjoy the media wall with smart TV, DVD and an electric fireplace. If you desire open the 90-degree sliding doors and combine in and outdoor living.
Withdraw yourself into the den with designer desk separated by French doors.
Furthermore on the main level the master-suite with king leather bed, sliding doors to the pool area, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and master bath containing walkthrough shower, soaking tub, his and her sinks and a vanity.
Towards the left house sides main level hallway you will find a bedroom with 2 twin beds and walk-in closet, a bath room with tub/shower combo and a bedroom with king-size leather bed and en-suite pool bath with shower. Also available laundry room with washer, dryer and sink and a 3 car garage.
PARADISE features 5 flat screen TVs, high-speed wireless internet, secured network, cable TV, telephone for local calls, beach towels and chairs, complete bed linens, towels for each bathroom and poolside towels, fully equipped kitchen and summer kitchen.
The second level, accessible over wooden stairways, incorporates a bathroom with large shower, a junior master bedroom with massive window front and amazing views, a king-size leather bed, desk and seating area with TV and access to the balcony. An additional bedroom with king-size leather bed, TV and sliding doors to the balcony with chairs and table.

This property is truly luxurious. It was such a pleasure to find it so clean, inside and outside. Much of the furniture seemed new except for the second primary suite on the second floor. Everyone that we encountered was professional and helpful. We hope to return next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise. It is a beautiful, large home in a great location with a large pool and outdoor seating areas. Great neighborhood, with canal access and close to town. Bikes and beach equipment included.

This home was very spacious and comfortable and in a great location! One of the unexpected benefits were 4 Townie bikes with locks, 6 Tommy Bahama backpack chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and 2 sizes of coolers. It was a beautiful Dec and we walked and biked almost every day to downtown and the beach. The beds were comfortable, outdoor space had high end, comfortable sofas, chairs and tables. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Overall, an excellent choice for families! Thank you Caprice & Nadja!!

Beautiful house, with amazing location! BUT…We were the first ones to stay in the property since it had been hurt by the hurricane, and as a result some things were not fully done. Bikes were kind of a mess, the refrigerator needed to be replaced, there is a large pile of construction items in the garage which made it difficult to get in and out of the car. When asked to do something about it the management company fought back with “it is the owner’s property and will not be moved.” The chaise lounges on the lanai would not recline because the mechanisms have were rusted shut. The dishwasher and washing machine are the loudest appliances I have experienced in my life. There was no vacuum cleaner, broom, or dustpan, but they did take care of those items. Minimum stay is a month, and it’s a big house, so we had two cars, and they were adamant that only one garage door opener would be provided. The concept of “the customer is always right” definitely did not apply here. The handyman they use lives over an hour away, which made one feel bad for needing him, but we needed him quite a bit. Nice guy, but could not stopsmoking for a moment if he was outside. The management company got tired of my calls and texts pretty early on in our stay, and it became very unsettling to work with them. I’ve always had great reviews from my stays, but I know she will give me a bad review, as I have done to her.
