Good price/performance for a location
Booking.com customer support not works. Problems are : 1. Long hold times and unresponsive support 2. No case continuity — random agent each call, no incident history 3. Inconsistent handling even at VIP tiers 4. No proactive follow-up

Beautiful little guesthouse located 10 minutes walk from the centre of Türkbükü.
Wonderful staff, especially Deniz who went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, she also prepares breakfast herself every morning, which is amazing!
NOT a negative, but worth pointing out that if you’re older or have bad knees the walk from the town to the hotel is quite a steep hill, but there are lots of taxis.

Excellent breakfast, friendly and very attentive staff, and a nice, clean room. The beach is about a 7–10 minute walk downhill, which means the walk back is uphill. This is worth keeping in mind if you have any mobility issues. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!

Location and staff were excellent.
Terrible wifi and dated interior. A/C was loud and struggled to keep room cool. No irons in the room. One iron for the entire hotel that you had to get at the front desk.
