Jederzeit wieder! Ein Traumurlaub direkt am Strand.

Es war die tollste Unterkunft, welche wir jemals hatten! Tolle Küche, alles drin, was das Herz begehrt inklusive zweier Kaffeemaschinen. Tolle Bäder, mega schöne Zimmer (Betten und Schränke).

Fijne vakantie gehad !

De ruimte en inrichting, het comfort( 2 kinderstoelen, wasmachine, droogkast, 2 vaatwassers, oven, microgolf, terras met kussens..), de nabijheid van het strand, veelzijdig ingerichte keuken, parkeergarage beschikbaar, goede bedden, rustige omgeving, zwembad. Vlotte incheck. Een van de twee parkeerplaatsen is afsluitbaar (poort): fijn om de fietsen ook te stallen

Enkel als tips voor de accommodatie : -Er waren maar 2 sleutels voor 6 (+ 1 kind), dit is te weinig. Zouden er beter 3 of 4 zijn afhankelijk van het aantal volwassenen. -Geen instructies om ventilatie te regelen. -Voor een appartement voor zoveel personen zou een extra parkeerplaats handig zijn, maar parkeren op de strandparking is dichtbij (9,5€/24u) en goed doenbaar. -Verduistering is slechts op 2 van de 5 slaapkamers toereikend voor iemand die totale verduistering nodig heeft om te kunnen slapen. -Wat microgolfkommen zouden welkom zijn in de keuken. -Naar het einde van het seizoen ook eens in de kasten kijken bij het poetsen (in de keuken)-keukentafel kleeft, zelfs na afwassen met ontvetter.

Eigenlijk niets; de vijfde slaapkamer op zolder is minder geschikt voor volwassenen

Wunderschönes Haus - leider nicht sauber

Das Familienhaus ist wunderbar eingerichtet: offenes sehr geräumiges Erdgeschoss mit gemütlichem Wohnzimmer (2 große Sofas, Kamin) mit Ausblick zum Meer, einer großartigen Küche inkl. Theke (2 Spülmaschinen), und schließlich ein weiterer offener Raum mit großem Esstisch mit 10 Stühlen, von wo aus man auf die hintere Südwest-Terrasse gelangt (abendliche Sonne garantiert). Im 1. Obergeschoss befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten (nur in einem SZ trennbar), eines davon mit eigenem offenem (!) Bad, plus 2 weitere Bäder (1x Dusche, 1x Badewanne). Im offenem Dachgeschoss mit Schräge befinden sich 2 weitere Betten. Einrichtung und Ausstattung großartig!

Bei Ankunft hatten wir das Gefühl, dass vor uns weder gesaugt noch gewischt wurde... Böden waren dreckig (Krümel, Sand, Staub, etc). Vor dem Haus lag sehr viel Sand, das Geländer der Terrasse hatte einen (alten) grünen Belag. Wir haben dies nicht gemeldet, da die Freude groß war in so ein schönes Haus zu kommen. Leider trübte die Unreinheit zu guter Letzt unsere Stimmung, denn am letzten Tag bestätigte sich die Unsauberkeit: Im Schlafzimmer (hochkommend geradeaus) entdeckten wir Bettwanzen (wir dachten zuvor, es seien die kleinen Fliegen, die in Cadzand überall herumfliegen (Wintermücken?), aber es waren dann doch definitiv Wanzen!, und im Schlafzimmer (hochkommend rechts) wurde uns beim Rücken der Möbel die Laune gänzlich verdorben. Da tummelten sich Silberfischchen an Schokoladenresten inkl. Verpackung, diverse Socken unterschiedlichen Couleurs, Ohrenreinigungstabs, etc... (Wir haben danach keine weiteren Möbel gerückt!). Wir fordern somit und hiermit die Reinigungsgebühr von immerhin 250 € zurück. Fotos können wir gerne senden, aber der Verwalter sollte selbst nachschauen. Nachtrag 14.03.2025 Nach Bewertung erhielten wir die u. s. AW. Unsere "Anschuldigungen" sind weder falsch noch ungerechtfertigt. Wir haben nur in 1 SZ Betten ca 20cm verrückt; dabei div. Dinge früherer Gäste gefunden. Am 3. Abend angefragt, ob wir am MO pktl. 10:00 raus müssen. AW: "Wir bekommen wieder neue Gäste u. brauchen jede Menge Zeit zum Putzen." Daraufhin schrieb ich (als Hinweis, nicht als Beschwerde!): "Leider ist das das einzige Manko: das Haus war nicht sauber, als ob man vergessen hätte zu saugen oder zu wischen." Weitere "Beschwerden" gab es nicht! Wir sind 9:30 gefahren u. haben das kommuniziert! Wir haben alles aufgeräumt u. die letzte Spülmaschine laufen lassen, Müllentsorgung sollte bei 250,- € inkl. sein. - Ich (Genius-Level 3) habe meine vorh. 45 Bewertungen absolut positiv bewertet, mich noch nie! beschwert!

Een parel aan het strand.

Bijhorend : 2 parkeerplaatsen in de garage, de open haard, fully equiped: het huis, de keuken, de badkamers. Het mooie bedlinnen.. je komt binnen en voelt je zo thuis.

Als ik dan toch iets moet opnoemen: het uitcheck-uur. Met een baby van 9maanden en een gezin van 8 was het rushrush na het ontbijt om tegen 10u alles klaar en ingepakt te zijn.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand mit Pool & Sauna.

Tolle Lage, gute Größe für Niederländische Ferienhäuser. Luxuriöse Einrichtung, 2 Kühlschränke, Gemeinschafts Pool und -Sauna. Mega Aussicht.

In der Küche kann die Ausstattung leider nicht mit der luxuriösen Einrichtung mithalten. Wenig Kochutensilien und unvollständiges Geschirr. Der Esstisch ist sogar für Personen von 197cm viel zu hoch oder die Stühle zu niedrig.
