Bardzo przestronne, czyste, nowoczesne i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Bezpośredni dostęp do plaży.
Bardzo mili gospodarze mieszkający na miejscu.
Lokalizacja w spokojnej (rodzinnej) części Starej Novaliji.
Sama plaża przy budynku czysta z dobrą infrastrukturą, ale bardzo wąska. Z uwagi na miejski charakter zaludniona.
Świetna baza wypadowa na pozamiejskie plaże północnego Pagu, które zdecydowanie trzeba zobaczyć.

Generally clean, and friendly owners.
Many things listed facilities within Booking.com did not exist., i.e.
There was no washing machine, but it is advertised as there.
There were towels, bunt no beach to sells as advertise.
Etc.
Other facilities did not work, i.e.
The WIFI almost never worked.
Satellite/Cable TV, kept disappearing, nothing to watch after my children went to bed.
Thus the advertised expectation was not met.
