Mountain Laurel is a beautiful one bedroom cabin snuggled in a very private
and secluded setting. As you enter the cabin, your eyes will be drawn to the
gorgeous, natural stone, gas fireplace. Next, you will notice the unique
spiral staircase that takes you to the bedroom that features a comfortable
queen sized bed and a flat screen TV. Once you are back downstairs, the nicely
furnished living room also has its own, large, wall mounted flat screen and a
fully furnished kitchen / dining room.
One of the best features of Mountain Laurel is the large, wide open porch and
deck space. Whether, you're soaking in the hot tub, grilling out, or just
relaxing, a cofortable spot can be found to enjoy the serenity of the
outdoors.

We enjoyed the quiet serenity of the cabin in the woods. The cabin was perfect in size and fully stocked for our needs. It was beyond clean when we arrived and all the beautiful mushrooms in the yard was a plus! We enjoyed a hike in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park there in Cosby and the apple orchards. We would highly recommend the Mountain Laurel cabin for a perfect quiet mountain retreat!

The property was so clean and just lovely. My husband and I had a wonderful get-away weekend in the woods.

We reserved this cabin because it was advertised as being for 4 people and we were looking for a place that could accommodate my family including two kids.
Pros: The cabin itself was very clean and easy to get to. The property management was quick to reply and help.
Cons: It was not set up for 4 people - there were only two dining chairs and no pillows for the pullout couch. The upstairs loft was very warm, but it was not possible to have the ceiling fan on without all the lights. Several outlets didn’t work and it wasn’t possible to watch different things on the TV downstairs and the TV in the loft. The hot tub was very scummy.
