Step outside to a spacious private covered lanai, complete with slate flooring, a brand-new BBQ, and ambient lighting—perfect for outdoor dining, entertaining, or simply enjoying Maui's tropical setting. Guests also have access to two sparkling community pools surrounded by lush, landscaped grounds. Inside, the cottage features an open-concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings, decorator lighting, and brand-new windows that welcome in refreshing ocean breezes. The modern, fully equipped kitchen showcases granite countertops, custom hardwood cabinetry, premium stainless-steel appliances, and a large island with seating—ideal for preparing meals at home.
The living room is designed for both comfort and entertainment. It includes a brand-new twin pullout chair, stylish furnishings, and plenty of seating for gathering with family and friends. Guests can relax with two high-definition Smart TVs, Dish satellite, and high-speed WiFi—perfect for streaming movies, staying connected, or enjoying downtime in paradise. The spacious primary suite offers a brand-new king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom also features a new king bed and a Japanese-inspired sliding wall that opens directly to the living room, creating a flexible and airy space that can be expanded for larger gatherings or closed for privacy. Additional sleeping options include the twin pullout chair in the living room and one twin Aerobed. A second bathroom with shower and an in-unit washer/dryer provide added convenience for longer stays.
International Colony Club is a collection of plantation-style cottages set on 10 acres of lush, landscaped grounds bordering the Ka'anapali Royal Golf Course. The property is a short walk from Kahekili Beach Park, Whaler's Village shopping, and fine dining. Two swimming pools are available onsite, with one located just steps from the cottage. Please note: there are no elevators at this resort. Resort and parking fees are not applicable.

Very nice two bedroom condo, spacious, view of the ocean from lanai. Close distance to the beach, although not very clear walkable paths. Located on golf course, very quiet and clean property. Has a small community pool. Haven't seen anyone using it while our stay there.

it was amazing! we really enjoyed our stay there.. we were not able to see the beach from the property which i thought we were going to, besides that everything else was perfect, there were cockroaches from here and there but I was told it is normal in Hawaii ..we really enjoy our time there. thank you so much

Location is great, quick walk down to the beach. House is updated, nice appearing, roomy for 3 adults and a toddler (rented crib) and AC works well in all rooms.
That being said, 3 stars is generous given the pest issues. I realize we had some forewarning and completely understand that roaches are common in Hawaii. We saw some of the large American cockroaches outside (and 1 inside) during the week and not much you can do about that. The issue was the kitchen being completely infested with roaches (mostly the smaller German and other types) to the point that it was completely unusable. We saw 50-100 throughout the week. Couldn't open a drawer or garbage without finding multiple. This needs to be addressed. Our family next door in IC9 didn't see a single cockroach so this can clearly be controlled better. We had no exposed food, didn't cook in the house, took out garbage regularly and yet from the day we arrived, we were greeted with roaches and I easily killed 10-20 roaches every single day.
