Located in a highly sought-after location in Destin’s Crystal Beach, this three-bedroom and two-bathroom vacation getaway can accommodate up to eight beachgoers.
Upon stepping into the luxurious vacation residence, you are immediately transported to a coastal-inspired paradise. The open living area features a comfortable seating ensemble with a couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, and additional accent chair. A set of glass doors open from the living room to a relaxing balcony, which overlooks the beach. The dining and kitchen areas complete the open floor plan. With a dining table that seats six and a granite-topped bar that seats three more is a perfect spot to enjoy a meal and relax with your fellow vacationers.
The master suite boasts a king-size bed, luxurious ensuite bath, and corner windows that provide wonderful views of gorgeous beach vistas. The two guest bedrooms share a full hall bath. One guest room features a king-size bed, while the other guest room is a kid’s twin bunk room.
Besides a great rental space, guests will also enjoy the great amenities that are provided, including a community pool, spa, and private beach access.
Additionally, because of the prime location in Crystal Beach, guests are mere minutes away from favorite Gulf-front restaurants, lively beach bars, and shopping venues. Crystal Beach is very close to grocery and shopping. This unit needs some work and improvements. The beds are terrible; needs new mattresses. The kitchen is tiny, cabinets are beat up with paint peeling, and there was no egg beater. Curtains were hanging by the last few hooks. Otherwise great location in a quiet building. Parking was easy and close.
