About this chalet rental
Noted **** by the Swiss Tourist Office, this family chalet built in 1853 and completely renovated is located in one of the quietest corners of the Champex area at a place called "Champex d'en Haut" at 1km from the resort (lake, swimming pool, supermarket, restaurants, ...) or 500 m from the chairlift and ski slopes.
The chalet consists of 4 bedrooms, including 1 master bedroom with jacuzzi bath, shower wc, 2 double bed rooms, 1 bedroom bed with bunk bed. It is equipped with a 2nd bathroom shower, wc, a nice living room and a modern and fully equipped kitchen (incl. Microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine). espresso,...).
A mezzanine welcomes children or parents (games, tv, dvd, possibility of sleeping, reading corner, ..) The cottage is fully equipped with TV (cable) and wifi (broadband). It is tempered by electricity and is heated by wood (included in the rental price).
500 m2 outside is available to park 5-6 cars (3 in winter) with barbecue, dining table, parasols, and many games.
In winter, the cottage is accessible, the road is clear each day and the parking spaces. This family cottage is suitable for people who are careful and want to spend a beautiful week in the beautiful area of Champex-Lac quiet (very little traffic in summer and winter, dead end road. Note that it is non-smoking, and in principle, animals (to discuss) are prohibited.
