About this villa rental
This is one of 5 flats in a traditional farmhouse with an eye for design.
SUITABLE FOR A FAMILY 2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN including infants
Renovated in accordance with the latest earthquake regulations, it welcomes you in all its Marche-made beauty.
Spacious 50m2 living room, kitchen equipped with every convenience (classic and microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine with pods, toaster)
BEDROOMS
On the first floor a spacious double bedroom and a single bedroom, plus an attic room on the second floor with two single beds (the attic room does not have air conditioning but does have a fan for cooling)
WI FI
Villa vernaschi has a state-of-the-art wifi system but being located in the open countryside, connectivity may not be 100% functional (so far this has happened rarely and only in bad weather). The non-functioning of the connection does not depend on us but directly on the service provider and the state.

The delivery of the identity documents of all guests present is compulsory, for reporting guests to the police headquarters.

- THE FLAT MUST BE LEFT TIDY AT CHECK OUT
order required:
- crockery washed and placed in the spaces,
- dirty linen (sheets and towels) stored on the ground floor
- empty fridge and freezer
- the house must be free of rubbish, which must be taken to the appropriate containers outside
If, at check out, the final order requested is not respected, there will be an additional fee of € 50 to be paid in cash.
It is not possible to move beds from one room to another, this can damage doors and walls, the arrangement of the beds in the rooms is the original one found in the description

La villa è bellissima, in posizione tranquilla e dotata di tutti i comfort. La piscina è splendida. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Grazie a tutto lo staff.

È la seconda volta che torniamo in questa villa.
La prima a giugno di quest'anno, e ora solo per un Week.
La descrizione della Villa non rispecchia la realtà, tutto è molto più bello.
Noi siamo in 4 e quest'appartamento è molto spazioso, anche per un paio di persone in più, ottimamente arredato, comodo e pulito. Una bellissima piscina e tanto spazio per far giocare i ragazzi, i miei poi sono appassionati di spazi all' aria aperta dove correre.
L appartamento è ben riscaldato e il camino ha reso tutto più accogliente.
Siamo a due passi dal paese che offre tutto l'occorrente e con pochi minuti di macchina si arriva in alcune delle cittadine più belle delle Marche.

C è poco da dire, si descrive da sola.
Una villa molto ben curata, appartamenti nuovi e di lusso, con un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.
Durante il nostro soggiorno i 5 appartamenti erano occupati e nonostante questo non è mancata la nostra privacy. Il nostro appartamento era uno dei più piccoli.
La suddivisione degli spazi è perfetta.
Abbiamo cenato a bordo piscina e grazie a quello splendido forno e barbecue esterno ci siamo fatti un'ottima pizza .
La posizione della Villa è ideale per visitare le Marche, circa 30 minuti dal mare e dalle montagne.

Bellissima villa, curata in ogni dettaglio.
Gli spazi sono molto ampi e ogni appartamento è ben strutturato e soprattutto NUOVO
Il nostro era quello medio, eravamo in 6.
Sono stati giorni indimenticabili, al mattino risveglio con una nuotata in piscina e colazione all aria aperta.
In casa non manca nulla , l'aria condizionata è con impianto a pavimento.
Una meraviglia.
Lo consigliamo.
