Situated just 1 minute’s drive from the amenities of pretty Menaggio, this 3 bed retreat with air conditioning and free wifi offers the perfect mix of holiday bliss and flexibility, for memorable breaks in all seasons!
Ideally suited for groups and families of 8, this modernized townhouse offers everything one could wish for in a home away from home.
On entering the beautiful townhouse, guests will be welcomed into a bright and inviting living room. Offering a warm and contemporary feel, with honey tone wood flooring and stylish high quality furnishings, the ambience oozes classic holiday bliss and authentic Italian charm.
Guests can soak up the lake views from the contemporary sofa and dining area, whilst the TV and free WIFI access provide all the comforts of home. The retreat is perfect for year-round enjoyment, with an ambient fireplace on hand.
The living and dining room offer convenient access to an adjoining kitchen. Perfectly equipped for flexible holiday stays, guests will find a cooker hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher to hand, as well as a useful breakfast table for two.
Outside, the townhouse boasts a large private lake view terrace. Furnished with an alfresco dining area with BBQ, the scene is set for magical summertime meals and romantic evening dining.
The stylish and beautifully presented interior continues to delight, with open tread stairs leading to three spacious bedrooms. A lake view bedroom furnished with double bed offers pure escapism for tempting holiday slumbers, whilst a second double upstairs offers a serene touch of lake view loft-style living.
A third loft-style bedroom offers a welcome touch of versatility, with its single bed with pull out option. The living room downstairs further boasts a double lake view sofa bed, which can be used if needed.
Accompanying the flexible accommodation, guests will find two newly fitted shower rooms, perfect for morning wake-ups and relaxing evening moments. Laundry facilities are also to hand, and outside public parking is within easy reach.
The quaint fishing village of Nobiallo offers local amenities and useful boat mooring facilities. Its main attraction is also its close proximity to neighbouring Menaggio, which can be reached easily by car in 1 minute or by foot in 15 minutes.
The property is only a 50 minute drive from Como and 1 hour and 25 minutes from Milan.

The place is really nice,,,very very clean,,,and the view is amazing,,,the master is on the first level with a beautiful bathroom,,,2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on next level with a beautiful huge bathroom,,,,only downside is that it is a good 30 minute walk into Menaggio,,,,,the kitchen is smaller than depicted in photos,,,,but still okay,,they have now got built in benches on deck instead of the table and chairs,,,,needs cushions,,,1 couch that sits 3 or otherwise you sit at dining room table,,,,but like I said,,,the view is amazing,,,we are out on the deck the whole time,,,,

Would recommend this place for lake Como stay. Was very clean and location was quiet. Not too far from a ferry and grocery store. The view was also spectacular. Thanks!

Beautiful apartment in great location. Directions were abominable. Told 100 meters after first tunnel, it was more like 1000 and 24 hour hot line was difficult due to language barriers. Late May was exceptionally cold and we could have used heat but could not turn on as instructions were inaccessible and all phone calls made were not responded to. Even an e mail went unanswered until we went to the office the next day. However, that Aside I would stay there again as the views were excellent , the location perfect. Close proximity to cycling opportunities, food (markets and restaurants) Bellagio and Lugano. Overall a great place to stay but learn a few things first.
