On entering the apartment guests will find a spacious and stylish open plan living and dining room ideal for entertaining. A stylish red sofa allows guests to unwind in front of the flat screen TV provided, whilst easy access from here to the private lake view balcony terrace provides a lovely flow to the room. With sliding glass screens to offer shelter when needed, the balcony terrace offers the perfect warm and inviting area in which to relax throughout the year, with far reaching views of Bellagio to serve as the perfect back drop for enjoying a drink or evening meal to the small dining area.
More formal dinner parties for up to 6 can easily be enjoyed to the modernist dining area provided next to the living area. The property was incredible, would highly recommend it for anyone. Just a note for future travellers: nobialo/menaggio has very infrequent and poor public transport (buses run every 1-2 hours and always delayed). Though this property is only around a 30-45min walk into town.

Communication was great. We received very detailed directions to the rental and clear check in procedures. The apartment was spacious and the enclosed balcony offered stunning views over the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The only suggestion I'd have is to put a couple of really comfortable chairs on the balcony so the views can be even enjoyed more! A really nice placee to stay.
