Larksbay View is a beautiful first floor apartment situated in the village of Marske-by-the-Sea, North Yorkshire. Hosting two double bedrooms along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen with dining area, sitting room, and a shared entrance. To the outside is designated roadside parking for one car outside the property and additional on a first come basis, along with a communal patio with furniture accessed across the road. Located in a breath-taking setting with scenery on the doorstep, Larksbay View is a lovely cottage in a coastal part of England.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric twin eye level oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. Smart TV with Freeview, Wifi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Designated roadside parking for 1 car outside property and additional on a first come basis. Communal patio with furniture accessed across the road. Two small well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 1 min walk. Note: Property is accessed by one flight of stairs in a communal entrance and there is no lift, therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
