About this apartment rental
The London Warehouse is a great space comprising over 175 Square meters or 1900 Square feet. The London Warehouse is newly renovated with brand new kitchen and bathrooms. The location is within the zone one station of Vauxhall which gives easy access to central London in one or two stops. If you are a family or group of colleagues wishing to stay in a large apartment in Central London this is the choice for you. We have three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a laundry area and separate kitchen. For London Standards this is a big apartment. We can hold eight guests easily without it feeling too cramped of busy. The apartment is split over two levels with only 5 steps once inside so there are not lots of stairs to climb!
There are many restaurants and eateries within a 5 minute walk from basic cafe to high end dining, there is food for every choice even before heading in to central which is only a stones throw away. If the weather allows you are only a 15/20 minute walk from big Ben and parliament. Whether you are a family group of business colleagues staying together this is a great choice. We do not accept any type of parties, hewn dos, stag nights, 18th or 21st parties. we like our neighbours and do not agree to any groups or parties of any kind.
A security/Damage deposit of £300 is required before arrival.

It was perfect for our needs 3 adults and 2 kids roomy ,comfortable and modern.
Very handy location for central London and all the things we wanted to do.

The location was fantastic for us, with so many things nearby.
grocery shopping: TESCO is a very short walk (bring your own bags)
dining: so very many options to choose that are within a short distance - we ate at Pizza Express, The Pilgrim Pub, Nandos, and Market Place Vauxhall
tubes: we used the 3 closest stations; Vauxhall, The Oval, and Kennington
The flat met all of our needs, it was clean and comfortable for the 6 of us, with 2 being teenage boys. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked perfectly for us. Now I’m trying to talk my husband into installing a towel warmer. All the beds had plenty of feather pillows for us.
I loved having the ability to do laundry, this meant we were able to pack less! And I learned that dryers in England have a water tank :D
Having a kitchen was so nice. There was an electric kettle and drip coffee maker in the kitchen, and a Nespresso machine in the large bedroom upstairs (we moved this down to the kitchen during our stay so everyone could use it. Plenty of cups, glasses, plates, etc.
Many games of pool were played, we can’t attest to the tv’s as we didn’t use them except to connect one to a Switch to play some games.
Lee was very quick to respond when we messaged.
We actually stayed here for a few days on the front end and back end of our trip and are so happy with that decision.

Our family enjoyed this fantastic fun and convenient apartment! The location is great, accommodations were just as described and we were close enough to all London sites while still being in a neighborhood. Thank you for this great stay!
