Fuss free. Clear instructions. Place is modern, clean, well signed. We have a child with us and appreciate the little bed made for him instead of dealing with the sofa bed. The little baskets of instant oats/crips is lovely touch. The little patio can view Ben Nevis on a clear day.
Nice instructions in the room and most things are clear.
Location isn’t ideal (for us) nothing around. The shower pressure is abysmal and impossible to regulate the hot/cold temperatures. It’s either scalding you or freezing you. Not ideal with a kid around. No dishwasher though that we know.
We were not sure how to turn down the thermostat as heating was running the whole night and was veryyy warm.

Stayed for one night, Absolutely stunning property, cleanliness was outstanding, there was everything you could possibly need, and the extra little touches made it so welcoming and homely, had a very comfortable stay, lovely place to relax nice and quiet with stunning views of Ben Nevis from the decking area, will certainly be returning for a longer stay next time. Hosts were very polite and made sure everything was ok, very easy to contact and quick with responses too. Loved every minute.

The property was well presented and had everything we needed.
The bathroom was very nice, with a large shower cubicle and electric shower.
There was a large wardrobe in the bedroom which was useful.
The host provided a single bed for our 11 year old in the same bedroom.
There was a nice decked area outside with table, chairs and parasol - superb view of Ben Nevis.
We had an issue with the hot water on the first night and the host was very responsive, calling out a plumber to resolve the issue early the next day. This didn’t impact our stay as the shower operates separately so we still had hot water.
The iron and ironing board were great.
There’s a Co-op 5-10 mins walk away.
We also highly recommend the Ben Nevis Inn for food, drinks and atmosphere, which is a short drive from the property.
The gulls are REALLY noisy! Not the fault of the owner, but it did make sleeping difficult.
The double bed had a very hard mattress. It was a bit too hard for me, but was actually good for my bad back!
