La place de parking n'est pas marquée et impossible à trouver, pareil que les conteneurs de poubelle a l'extérieur.

Excellent location with parking facilities. Excellent communication with the landlord.

Maybe a bit on the small side for 4 « male » adults.

Location was good for good skiers. A 5 minute walk to Linga lift and Linga Ski shop will store skis and boots, next to lift, for 10 euro a week. Very convenient. Good access to navette bus. Local swimming baths and spa are amazing. State of the art out door pool and spa facilities. Linga is a solid red run, especially at the top, so beginners and unsure intermediates would be better off returning via Pre de Joux and navette bus or Super Chatel and navette bus. There are easier cop out tracks on steeper sections of Linga, but the slopes would challenge people who like cruising blues. Same applies for accessing the area. Top of Linga/Combe run is a solid red that becomes a good blue, easy red further down. This should be considered by mixed ability groups, as it may not be a convenient location for less confident skiers. Overall, a superb area and you have easy option to extend into full Portes de Soliel area, ie Avoriaz and Swiss resorts.

No wifi, poor/cheap quality fixtures and fittings and very small. Towel rail kept falling off the wall, cutlery was flimsy camping grade(forks bent when eating meat), lighting was poor/dim etc. All easy to rectify, but I see my comments are repeated by others, so no willingness on part of owner to change. Parking outside was OK at this time of year but garage was unusable due to owners storage cupboard and furniture. In severe cold, this facility would be useful. In spring not needed.It Should not be offered or advertised if not useable. In don't have a massive car. No bakery close by and limited restuarant options without going into centre of Chatel. It would be hard to self cater without a car to access local InterMarche. At this price point, bedding and towels should be included in price.
