We arrived 150min late (21:30). We rang the bell, but no one answered. We called the contact phone and for my question "Do you speak English" the recipient answered "No" and dropped the phone.
All the communication sent to us was in German. I assumed it was a standard greeting and instructions about how to pay and find the keys, and decided to translate it on the day of arrival. Unfortunately for us, the message says that the payment needed to be wired to DE02292500000001919059 14 days prior to arrival. Which is quite unexpected after having confirmed that this stay has "pay at the property".
Needless to say, we couldn't stay at the property and we were forced to quickly find an alternative. Therefore I rate it "5" as a neutral, middle-ground score.
