Nestled on the top (3rd) floor, this charming 739 square ft. 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo offers breathtaking views and direct access to sandy beaches. Please note, it's a 28-step walk-up (no elevator). Accommodates up to 3 guests, including children and infants. The day bed has been removed and replaced with two swivel armchairs.

We had a beautiful stay at this accommodation. The location was close to the airport and many restaurants.This was a great home base to take in the adventures of the Island. There were a couple instances with a sewer smell. On the whole I would definitely rent again.

The view was fantastic and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The furniture in the living space was not very comfortable and unfortunately we were there during the 2 weeks of of the Kona Low storm so we spent more time indoors than anticipated. There were a couple glitches in the kitchen, a missing knob that made it hard to open a cupboard door, and outlets that didn't work, but that was taken care of toot-sweet. I do feel that when spending almost two weeks in the unit, a one time linen/towel exchange would have been included. Also, we had stayed at Kaha Lani in November and were not aware that this unit was run by a different company so there was no beach towel exchange. Just an FYI for anyone who might be returning to the property but trying out a different unit.

The best spot there is on the island and probably the best unit there is at Kaha lani. You’re going to be able to get anywhere you want on the island easily while staying here. Don’t worry about no air conditioning because you need to experience the full island style life. The windows open in the unit give you an amazing cross breeze better than any ac could ever do and it’s ocean air!! This place is da best!!

Relatively small older top floor 1 BR unit centrally located with a great view and well maintained inside. Small hot water heater means no more than 5 minutes of use at a time. Sewage treatment facility to the North of property noted when winds are calm. Intermittent homeless traffic on path through front of property related to a homeless camp to the South. Cleaning fee should be enough to clean ocean facing windows between renters. Unshielded security light brightly illuminates deck all night. Gross sticky TV remote should be replaced.
