There is an in-room safe for you to store your valuables in while exploring Banff and the surrounding area.

The room was super clean and it had a fantastic mountain view. I'm not sure if I read or not that the bedroom was on a lower level. That was not a problem for me but I could see that being a problem for someone else if they were not ready for that. My room had two full beds, it really was not ideal for a couple, at least not for this couple unless you don't want to sleep on the same bed as your partner on vacation. The rooms also were not equipped with smart TVs. So if you want to relax and watch a little streamy stream you're going to have to bring your own device. The Wi-Fi was super fast for when I needed to work for a bit. Hotel staff was friendly. I'm not sure that I was fully aware that it was a hotel and less like a standard Vrbo. It's a very touristy spot there is a lot of foot traffic and street parking is limited. However you do have access to garage parking which was fantastic. The spa is definitely worth checking out.
