About this house rental
This beautiful house is ideally located in a small and quiet hamlet, close to the picturesque town of St Pol-de-Léon and the beautiful Bay of Morlaix with its walks on the coast, sandy beaches and ample water activities.
Completely renovated and decorated in a modern / vintage style by an artist owner, this house offers a good level of comfort for 6 people.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with beams and exposed stones with a beautiful fireplace equipped with a wood stove and a television with WiFi access. There is a dining table with 6 chairs in the living room.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and also includes a breakfast area. There is a modern bathroom on this level.
On the first floor are one bedroom with a double bed, as well as a relaxation area and a shower room.
On the second floor there is a bedroom with a trundle bed for 2 people and another space with 2 single beds.
Outside, a garden facing south, allows you to relax in peace and enjoy the sun all day. The garden also has a small hut for children. There is a barbecue and a table, benches and umbrella to eat outside. The outdoor area gives the possibility to park 3 cars safely.
The view of the fields and St Pol-de-Leon by several windows offers calm and absolute rest. You can walk or cycle from the house in the direction of the sea or countryside. Several beautiful beaches are situated at a distance of less than 5 km, where you can practice swimming, sailing, kayaking or rowing. The river and the estuary of Penzé are nearby. The cities of St Pol, Roscoff and Morlaix have many restaurants for all budgets and the region offers a wide range of sea food as well as organic produce. There are amusement parks in the region and access to cultural and historical sites. This is a region to fall in love with.
