Localização muito boa, lugar calmo na ponta da praia ideal para crianças. Apto oferece vários utensílios, síndico mto legal e prestativo. Voltaria alugar novamente.

Ótimo imóvel. Tudo funcionando bem, ar condicionado no quarto, fogão, geladeira, microondas novos e em perfeitas condições. Apartamento pé na areia, só atravessar a rua e já está na praia. Ótima localização, com supermercado, padaria, farmácia próximos. Funcionários do condomínio sempre prestativos. Recomendamos.
