Cozy apartment, completely new, built in Dec 2017, located in Tulum´s National Park (Ruins area), whose jungle and green areas provide a relaxed environment within an eco-sustainable complex at the entrance of Tulum; 0.5 mi from archaeological sites and 0.4 mi from the path to the beach. The best option for all tastes, in the middle of Tulum´s landmarks: the ruins, the beach, the picturesque center of the city and the roads to the largest Cenotes of the world and nearby archaeological sites.

The apartment is located on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms, the main one with a king size bed and the secondary one with two twin beds that can be linked together to make a king size bed. Both have sliding windows to access the terrace of the apartment and from there, you will be just one step from the garden and the common pool (photos included show the apartment).

In the terrace, you can rest and relax to the rhythm of the movement of the hammocks.

The living room area has a window of over 8 meters so there is plenty of light and a beautiful view of the zen path of the condominium as well as part of the jungle, making you feel part of the nature of the place.

The kitchen has an electric stove and is fully equipped so you can prepare from a simple snack to meals worthy of a chef.

In front of the kitchen is the dining room for 6 people.

The living room has a love seat, a futon (sofa bed) and 48 inches smart TV to rest after a busy day.

Both bedrooms and the kitchen, living room and dining room have air conditioning and additionally the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

It has a bathroom with tub.

The laundry room has a washer-dryer and cleaning supplies.

It has a parking space for a car.
