Overall, it was pretty comfortable

The apartment is well maintained, clean and well-equipped. If travelling with family and friends, one would find pretty much everything inside. It's easily accessible also being on the main Avenue. Trams to access the city centre and the beach is right across the street.

Good value for money

Very easy check-in, with the keys in a small box on the door jamb. Sheets and towels (provided) were numerous and clean. The rooms are very nice, spacious and very comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen and the comfortable and spacious dining room. All perfectly clean (apart from dishes and pots).

The building gives on to a street where the tram that seems badly frequented passes. The building is old and dilapidated, but the apartment is very nice, modern and clean. The sink is tiny, about 25x60cm.

Het appartement was opzich goed en de locatie ook.. Precies tegenover het tramstation.

Ten eerste stuurde ze mij een betaalverzoek voor de borg op de dag van aankomst en tijdens mijn reis. Mijn dochter zou dat betalen en ik zei tegen haar dat mijn dochter aan het rijden was en dat later zou doen. Ze wou dat in alle rust doen wanneer we aangekomen waren. Na een reis van 10uur konden we niet in het appartement. Ik belde haar op met vraag waarom we het appartement niet binnen konden en ze zei dat we eerste de borg van €4,96 moesten betalen. Ik was woest, moe , en schreeuwde op haar. Ik zei dat volgens booking moet je dat doen 7 dagen voor onze aankomst en niet op de dag zelf. Haar antwoord was dat ze al 7 jaar op deze manier doet en het is altijd goed gegaan. En ze heeft geen tijd om dat eerder te doen omdat ze meerdere woningen heeft.. Ik vond het verschikkelijk om zo met de klanten om te gaan. Dus we moesten op straat staan en de borg als nog konden betalen na 10uur van rijden. Ten tweede was het gebouw erg smerig. De muren, de vloer en trap. Alles was vies en leek op een verlaten huis.

expérience à ne pas refaire

Appartement en apparence très bien … mais une entrée d’immeuble qui fait froid dans le dos…des équipements qui ont vécu…le calcaire dans la bouilloire la rendre inutilisable…sans parler de la douche où le carrelage s’effrite.
