This is a private studio with its own entrance, relaxing yard and porch. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance (8 blocks) to downtown San Luis Obispo. The studio includes a queen bed, newly remodeled bathroom with a shower, dinning bar with two stools and full kitchen. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, oven, sink, dishes, cookware, utensils, hot water kettle and french press. There is a dresser, armoire, and storage drawers in the bed frame. There is a Smart TV that connects to the free wifi. Fresh linens and towels are provided. There are full sized laundry facilities for your convenience.
Entrance to the property is through the gate by the driveway. Enter through the gate and the lock box for the keys is on the inside of the fence next to the gate. The combination for the keys will be provided the morning of check-in.

Great cottage to stay in with the inside in great condition and full kitchen. The outside deck area would get very dirty just from wind and dust kicking up but otherwise everything was in great condition

Everything you might need - want is about a mile walk through lovely neighborhoods. Studio is well-equipped and the front porch is private, looking out on a small fenced area. The SLO bus got me to Pismo Beach with no hassles.

Great place to stay in SLO area. Awesome little bungalow perfect for a visit to San Luis Obispo and perfect driving distance to other spots in Central CA

First hostess was combative when I complained that she only provided antenna TV. She had messaged me that I would get local channels. But I got NBC, NPR and Spectrum, plus just reruns of old series. Nothing else Im an older adult who does not stream so I basically had one half hour of news per day on NBC. I felt deceived and told the hostess so. I had to remove tons of cobwebs and dying plants on porch. Ultimately, after they had to replace the modem and our relationship deteriorated further with everything I requested, she had another host take over. From then on everything went much better. The TV was still a problem but second host was pleasant and promptly took care of a couple small issues. The best thing second host did was ship me three very important gifts I inadvertently left in storage drawer under the bed. Great, convenient location if you are a walker!
